Spennymoor Town Football Club is looking to recruit volunteers for several roles ahead of the 2019/20 season.

As well as match day stewards, the club is also in search of a mascot to become ‘Brewery’ the Badger.

The mascot design and name was chosen in April after a competition among several schools in Spennymoor.

The winner was Laila Davies from Ox Close Primary School.
