Moors strike partnership with Image Geek

Spennymoor Town has linked up with local fitness centre Image Geek who has become the club’s official health and wellbeing partner.
Owned by Charlotte McGaun, Image Geek is based in Enterprise City in Spennymoor, with the aim of helping people improve their image by giving them a helping hand with fitness, food choices and mental wellbeing.
After becoming an official club partner, Charlotte said: “Image Geek is honoured to be working with and representing Spennymoor Town FC as their fitness, health and wellbeing partner.
“We feel this is a perfect fit which aligns both partners missions and morals, with strong future plans ahead to make sure the teams are continuously developing within the sport.
“Image Geek will be a driving force to show the teams the importance and impact of land training and healthy lifestyle choices which will impact their sports performance.
“I look forward to meeting the teams and seeing their growth over the course of our long partnership.”
Commercial Manager Jonathan Cope said: “We are delighted to be adding yet another local business to our partner network. The passion Image Geek has for health, fitness and wellbeing is perfectly aligned with those of Spennymoor Town FC.
“Charlotte and her staff are able to train and advise our teams throughout the academy and first team squads, whilst investing into the clubs plans for the future.”
Four members of Spennymoor Town’s Ladies team visited Image Geek on Thursday evening to take part in a short fitness session.
