Moors drawn at home for fifth consecutive occasion in DCC

Spennymoor Town will host Stockton Town at The Brewery Field in the semi-final of the Durham Challenge Cup following Friday afternoon’s draw.
Moors’ previous four ties in the competition have all been at home against Darlington Town, Chester-le-Street, Sunderland RCA and West Auckland.
The Anchors defeated South Shields 2-1 at Mariners Park in the quarter-final to reach the final four, while Moors required a penalty shootout to edge past West Auckland following a 1-1 draw in normal time.
Stockton knocked Spennymoor out of the competition at the first hurdle last season with a 2-0 win at Bishopton Road West.
The tie will be played the week proceeding February 22nd.
