Moors move for winger Whitehouse

Winger Billy Whitehouse has joined Spennymoor Town on loan till the end of the season from Welsh Premier League club The New Saints.
Whitehouse, 23, began his career at Doncaster Rovers, signing his first professional contract in May 2014. The winger featured seventeen times for Donny in all competitions over a two-year period, as well as a short loan spell last FC Halifax Town, before moving on to Leeds United.
He signed a one-year at Elland Road, initially linking up with their Development Squad, before making his sole appearance for The Whites in a 1-0 FA Cup loss at Sutton United in January 2017.
Following brief spells at Alfreton Town and Shaw Lane, Whitehouse returned to Yorkshire and signed for Tadcaster Albion in December 2017, scoring nine times in 35 appearances for The Brewers.
Whitehouse made the switch back to full-time football when he joined TNS in January 2019.
Manager Jason Ainsley believes the 23-year-old, he said: “Billy is a player we have kept a close eye on since his time with Tadcaster Albion.
“When we became aware that he may be available for loan from TNS, we were among a number of clubs who expressed an interest in him, and fortunately, he has chosen to join us until the end of the season.
“He is a wide player who loves to attack his fullback and get crosses in, and we believe he has all the attributes to do well for us in the upcoming months.”
