Jason Kennedy’s loan from Hartlepool United has been extended until the end of the season.
Kennedy joined Moors on an initial one-month loan deal on January 31st and has impressed in the centre of midfield, starting four league games against Brackley, Altrincham, Alfreton and AFC Telford.
The 33-year-old has received high praise from fans and manager Jason Ainsley, and after Kennedy agreed to remain at The Brewery Field for the remainder of the 2019/20 campaign, Moors’ manager said:
“Jason has loved his time at the club so far, and it shows the benefits of the loan system. He’s been a breath of fresh air since his arrival.
“His performances have warranted respect and he has shown that he is a model professional with his work ethic in training.
“He is the type of player who will do any job you ask, whether that be in the number ten role or as a sitting midfielder.”
Kennedy is eligible for the play-off’s in May should Moors finish in the top seven.
