The Brewery Field
National League North
Moors face the National League North’s most in-form team as Gateshead make the short trip to The Brewery Field for the first time since 2019.
The Heed has won 12 points from a possible 15 in their previous five games, as well as securing progression to the Second Round of the Emirates FA Cup after a 3-2 win at Altrincham on Tuesday.
Spennymoor halted a four game scoreless losing streak with a 1-1 draw at Bradford (Park Avenue) last weekend, with opponents Gateshead leapfrogging Moors courtesy of Greg Olley’s last minute winner against Alfreton.
The tight nature of the table means Moors could jump up to fourth in the table if results go in their favour, however, Gateshead currently boast four games in hand on Tommy Millers’ side.
You can listen to all the action from The Brewery Field on Durham OnAir from 2.50pm on Saturday with Adam Hassell.
