SPENNYMOOR TOWN
Saturday 8th January 2022
3pm
The Brewery Field
National League North
GUISELEY
Moors and Guiseley both chase their first win of the year as the two sides face off at The Brewery Field.
Each side come into the game with two wins since the start of December as Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley look for their first league win since taking charge of Spennymoor.
A 1-1 repeat of Boxing Day against Darlington in a New Year’s day clash leaves Moors in 13th place and having played more games than the majority of the league.
Guiseley had a goalless draw with relegation rivals Farsley Celtic last time out as Marcus Bignot’s side kept their eighth clean sheet of the season but the stalemate leaves The Lions five points off bottom place.
