Jason Kennedy has completed a permanent switch to Marske United while Stephen Thompson has joined The Seasiders on a 28-day-loan.

Kennedy, 35, joined Spennymoor in February 2020 under Jason Ainsley, before becoming part of Tommy Miller’s coaching staff on a dual role in the summer of 2021.

The midfielder started five games and made four appearances from the bench before joining Marske on loan at the start of 2022.

Thompson, 32, joins the Northern Premier League Division One East side on a short term loan having made eleven starts in all competitions over the course of the campaign.
