SPENNYMOOR TOWN

Moors look to continue their unbeaten run when they visit The Citadel this Saturday as they face Farsley Celtic who currently lie bottom of the league.

Spennymoor come into the game having kept their second clean sheet in a row following a 0-0 draw at home to Gloucester, whilst Farsley Celtic fell to defeat away to Bradford (Park Avenue) last time out.

After five months without a clean sheet in the league, Moors bounced back from their loss at Gateshead to beat Chester 2-0, before they settled for a goalless stalemate when Gloucester City visited The Brewery Field last Saturday.

Farsley Celtic picked up their first win in the National League North since November when they saw off high-flying Kidderminster last weekend, before suffering yet another defeat, this time at the hands of Bradford (Park Avenue).

A win for Celtic could elevate them off the foot of the table, but a win for Moors could pull their play-off gap to six points, with games in hand on some of the teams around them.
