Moors will be aiming to step into a play-off place and potentially leapfrog York City when they visit LNER Community Stadium on Saturday.
Spennymoor closed the gap even more on the play-off places, following a late winner against Leamington last time out from Jude Oyibo.
York City were involved in a four goal thriller against fellow play-off hopefuls Chorley in their last fixture, which meant they were only one point above dropping out of the play-off places.
A win for Moors could see them climb as high as 6th place, whilst The Ministermen could create some breathing room in the play-off places.
