Moors will be aiming to keep their play-off hopes alive heading into the final day of the season as they visit Nethermoor Park to face relegation battling Guiseley.
Spennymoor dragged themselves within two points of the play-off places with a victory over Hereford FC last time out, as Jordan Thewlis netted the only goal midway through the second-half.
The Lions were defeated with ease by high-flying Kidderminster Harriers in their last game, sealing a run of four games with a total of 11 conceded and one goal scored.
Moors could end up leapfrog three teams with a win so long as other results go their way, whereas a loss for Guiseley could seal their relegation.
