Spennymoor Town will round-off their pre-season friendly schedule on Saturday when they travel to face Trafford FC at The Home Estates Shawe View Stadium (3pm kick-off).

Moors come into the fixture off the back of a hard-fought draw at Thornaby in midweek and they will be looking to build on a hugely encouraging second half performance.

This weekend’s encounter will be the sixth and final friendly of the warm-up programme so bosses Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley will be keen to see another high-tempo display.

Hosts Trafford finished midtable in the Northern Premier League Division One West last term and are managed by former Ashton United, Stalybridge Celtic and Nantwich Town defender Danny Caldecott.

Admission prices are £5 for adults, £3 for concessions and £1 for Under-16s.
