Moors have secured the biggest signing of the impending festive period with Santa Claus set to head for The Brewery Field and around the town during the month of December.
That’s right, we’ve worked closely with Spennymoor Town Council to pull off a deal which will see every child in the town given the opportunity to meet Santa in the run-up to Christmas this year.
Santa is due to arrive in Spennymoor on Saturday 26th November when he will spend the day in the Town Hall Grotto before officially kicking-off the festive season with the big Christmas Light Switch-On that evening from 5.30pm.
The big man will then use the following week to visit schools throughout the town before joining us in our amazing grotto in the Sports Bar at The Brewery Field from Tuesday 20th December, when children (and adults if you want to!) can come and pay him a visit!
Santa will also be spreading festive cheer at our two Moors in the Community Christmas parties which are to be held at the Club on Tuesday 20th December and Wednesday 21st December – keep an eye out for more details very soon!
