Jordan Thewlis Seals Alfreton Switch

Jordan Thewlis has now left Spennymoor Town and joined Alfreton Town for an undisclosed fee.

The front man signed for Moors from Guiseley in January and went on to score six goals in 34 appearances in all competitions for the Club.

However, a fee for the 30-year-old was agreed with The Reds and Thewlis has now signed a contract to seal a permanent switch to The Impact Arena.

“We would like to thank Jordan for his efforts during his time with the Club,” said Moors boss Jason Ainsley.

“Everyone here wishes him every success in the next step of his football career.”

Thewlis will be in contention for an Alfreton debut when they play host to Bradford (Park Avenue) in National League North on Saturday.
