Moors Confirm Jo Cummings Departure

Jo Cummings has now left the Club after it was mutually agreed to cancel his contract.

The defender joined Moors during the summer following a spell with Radcliffe and he went on to make five appearances in all competitions.

Cummings has been unlucky on the injury front during his time at The Brewery Field and, following discussions, it’s now been agreed that he can leave by mutual consent.

“Jo is based in Sheffield, so he’s been finding the travelling increasingly difficult,” explained Moors boss Jason Ainsley.

“He’s also been hit by injury and suspension during his time here, so it’s been hard for him to find regular time on the pitch.

“Jo leaves with our very best wishes for the future and our thanks for his effort whilst with the Club.”
