Postponed: Moors v Hereford

This afternoon’s National League North fixture against Hereford has been postponed due to a frozen pitch at The Brewery Field.

The Club made every effort to protect the playing surface from the elements, including laying full covers across the entire pitch on Thursday.

However, temperatures overnight plummeted further, and it has been enough to penetrate that protective cover and render some areas of the surface unplayable.

A team of volunteers arrived at just after 7am on Saturday to assist Club staff as work continued to try and save the fixture, but unfortunately a 10am pitch inspection resulted in its postponement.

We will bring you details about a rearranged date for the game as soon as they are confirmed with all purchased tickets remaining valid.
