Bishop Auckland Cup Tie Postponed

Moors’ Durham County Challenge Cup game against Bishop Auckland due to be played on Tuesday has been postponed and it will now be played on Tuesday 20th December (7.45pm kick-off).

Jason Ainsley’s side were set to host Bishops in the quarter-final of the competition on Tuesday 13th December, but plummeting temperatures have left The Brewery Field pitch unplayable.

Following discussions with Durham FA and the National League, it has now been decided that next Tuesday’s National League North game against King’s Lynn Town will be postponed and our Durham Challenge Cup fixture will be played on that night instead.

Fans who have bought tickets for the King’s Lynn Town fixture are advised these will remain valid for the rearranged date, which will be confirmed in due course.
