There will be a pitch inspection at The Brewery Field on Friday morning ahead of this weekend’s National League North game against Leamington.

Heavy frost has affected the playing surface ahead of the scheduled meeting with The Brakes on Saturday and the forecast is showing potential for more cold temperatures in the coming days.

With the Leamington’s players and supporters having a long journey to contend with, after discussions it was decided that an early pitch inspection was the best course of action.

EFL referee Andrew Kitchen will therefore carry out the inspection at 10am on Friday morning and we’ll have full details here on the Official Website following his visit.
