Moors have recalled midfielder Joe Wheatley from his loan spell with Whitby Town.

Wheatley joined The Seasiders at the beginning of February and has gone on to make nine appearances, scoring one goal in their 4-1 win over Matlock Town last weekend.

However, Moors boss Jason Ainsley has now decided to bring the 26-year-old back to The Brewery Field for the season run-in.

Wheatley will now be in contention to return to the squad when Moors play host to Leamington in National League North on Tuesday evening.
