Moors are set to host an unforgettable day of football at The Brewery Field in July when they will play Newcastle United U21s, Hebburn Town and stage a reunion match against Tunbridge Wells.
The pre-season extravaganza on Super Saturday 15th July will get underway from 1pm with two half-hour contests which will see both Moors and Hebburn Town go head-to-head with Newcastle’s talented Under-21 side.
Then there will be a repeat of last month’s Durham Challenge Cup Final when Moors take on Hebburn in the second part of the afternoon’s feast of football.
And to top off what is set to be a memorable day, there are plans for the players who did battle at Wembley in the 2013 FA Vase Final to reunite for a special exhibition match.
Already stars from both Moors and Tunbridge Wells have agreed to take part which will form part of the celebrations of the 10-year anniversary since Jason Ainsley’s side lifted silverware in the capital.
Ticket prices are set at £10 for adults, £5 for Concessions (60 and over) and just £3 for Under-18s with fans able to pay on the turnstiles by card or cash at any point throughout the afternoon.
