We are gearing up for a Super Saturday at The Brewery Field this weekend and we want as many fans as possible to come and join us for the next exciting stage of pre-season.
Not only will Jamie Chandler’s men be taking on Newcastle United Under-21s and Hebburn Town in friendly contests, we’ll also be staging an exhibition game to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of our 2013 FA Vase triumph.
Gates open at 11am on Saturday with the main action getting underway at 1pm and fans able to enjoy three games as Moors play a round-robin with Newcastle’s youngsters and Hebburn.
Then we’ve got players who competed at Wembley a decade ago reuniting for a celebratory match which is set to kick-off at 4pm on The Brewery Field pitch.
The Moors line-up includes the likes of Gavin Cogdon, Lewis Dodds and Chris Mason, while Stephen Capper is travelling from Ireland to play in the game and Hebburn boss Bobby Moors is sticking around to get involved too!
With the Sports Bar and our Fan Zones open throughout the day, we’re looking forward to a truly memorable day with players set to mix with supporters after the game.
Entry is just £10 for Adults and £5 for Overs 60s and Under 18s at any point throughout the day, with fans able to pay on cash or card direct on the turnstiles.
