Joshua Popoola has now returned to Stockport County at the end of his one-month loan with the Club.

The young full-back joined Moors at the beginning of last month and went on to make five appearances in all competitions, chipping in with goals against Hereford and Marine.

However, his loan deal expired at the end of September and Interim Manager Lewis Dickman now confirmed that the teenager has returned to Edgeley Park.

“We would like to thank everyone at Stockport County for their help and for allowing us to bring Joshua to The Brewery Field,” Dickman commented.

“Hopefully he has enjoyed the experience of being with us for the past month; we thank him for his efforts and wish him every success as he moves forward with his career.”
