Join Our Matchday Media Team

The Club is now looking for more volunteers to join our Matchday Media Team for games at The Brewery Field with some exciting roles available – do you fit the bill?

We already have some fantastic volunteers delivering brilliant content to keep Moors fans all over the world in the picture on matchday but we’re looking to further enhance what we offer.

Would you be the right candidate for any of the below roles?

Videographer
Our regular videographer Chris Rowcroft is taking a well-earned break during the winter months and we’re keen to find someone who can step into his shoes on matchday.

The perfect candidate would have some experience of using a camera and filming sports, though we will provide all the necessary equipment to capture the footage we need.

While the role we’re looking to fill is for home matchdays only initially, we would be open to looking at expanding this to away days if we found the right person.

Matchday duties would include filming the game from a position at pitchside and potentially helping to film our post-match interviews with the management and players.

Photographer
We’re also looking to enhance of our photographic operation on matchdays and the Club is looking to add another volunteer photographer to its books.

This role would be particularly suitable for an amateur photographer looking to gain experience in shooting live sport or perhaps an aspiring sports photographer aiming to bolster their portfolio within a professional football environment.

Successful candidates would need to own their own equipment and have the ability to share photos with us in real time or within an agreed timeframe following the final whistle.

Matchday Media Assistant
This role is perhaps the most wide-ranging and we’re looking for an enhusiastic individual to come and help us across all aspects of our matchday media operation.

You could be assisting with the production of the teamsheet one minute and then gathering content for our social media channels the next – it really is a role that you can make your own and play a big part on matchdays.

This would be an ideal first role for an aspiring sports journalist or social media producer to gain experience in a professional environment and take the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the Club’s media output on matchday.

If you’re interested in any of the above roles or feel like you could offer value to our matchday media operation, then email us with more details about yourself and your skills on [email protected]
