Jason Ainsley has insisted that Graeme Lee will be given all the support he needs to drive Moors up the National League North table following his appointment as Manager on Tuesday.
Lee stepped down from his role at Marske United in order to take up the position as boss at The Brewery Field and he has brough Ian Clark with him as Assistant Manager.
Ainsley says Lee’s passion and drive were some of the key qualities that made him the ideal candidate for the job following the departure of Lewis Dickman over the weekend.
“He had some difficult times at the start of his period with Marske, but he assessed the situation, knew what he wanted, and they’ve built a real togetherness,” Ainsley explained.
“That is similar to what this Club is all about too and I think Graeme impressed the Chairman when he met him to discuss the job.
“He will get backed. The Club is in a very, very good position and he’s been given the authority to go and make a few quality additions to what is already a strong squad.”
