Moors defender Keenan Ferguson has joined Bury on loan for the remainder of the 2023/24 campaign.

The 23-year-old arrived at The Brewery Field in the summer following his departure from Boston United and has gone on to make 25 appearances in all competitions for Moors this term.

However, the full-back has been on the fringes of the First Team in recent weeks and boss Graeme Lee has now given the go-ahead for him to move on loan in order to get more regular football.

A deal has been agreed for him to link up with The Shakers, who currently sit third in the North West Counties Football League Premier Division.

Subject to NWCFL clearance and a 1pm pitch inspection, Ferguson will go into contention to make his Bury debut when they host Ramsbottom United at Gigg Lane on Tuesday evening.
