Moors in the Community are seeking some help from volunteers to help in the delivery of their hugely popular Community Meals programme.

Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Moors in the Community prepares and delivers over 30 delicious meals to residents across the town and local area.

The scheme was launched in the summer of 2022 when deliveries were going out one day a week, but the almost instant success meant that it was quickly extended to three days weekly.

In order to help us continue providing this invaluable service, we’re appealing for fans to volunteer as delivery drivers to transport the meals from The Brewery Field to the doors of those who need them.

If you can spare a little time on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday then we’d love to hear from you – and, of course, we are able to cover all expenses incurred.
