Callum Luck Re-Joins Marske On Loan

Young defender Callum Luck has now re-joined Marske United on a loan deal set to run for the entirety of the 2024/25 campaign.

The 18-year-old defender joined Moors last week after being monitored by boss Graeme Lee during an impressive stint playing for Northallerton Town.

Luck was involved when Moors played their final friendly of pre-season against York City on Saturday, coming on as a late substitute in the 3-3 draw with The Minstermen.

Now Lee has given the green light for the youngster to go back to Marske in order to get more valuable senior football under his belt during The Seasiders’ Northern League season.

“It was always the plan for Callum to go back out on loan with Marske,” explained the Moors boss.

“We will be keeping a close eye on his progress back there and he will also continue to train with us regularly too.

“Getting to play regular men’s football is critical at this point of his development and hopefully he can go to Marske and be a real success.”

The deal includes a clause which allows Moors to recall the player from Mount Pleasant following the first 28 days if required.
