Ben Beals admitted that the opening day of the new season could hardly have gone better after Moors swept Chester aside at The Brewery Field during his competitive debut for the Club.

The defender was among the standout performers during the brilliant victory over one of the pre-season title favourites as goals from Isaac Fletcher (2) and Matty Dolan ensured a 3-0 triumph.
