Moors have added some extra creativity to their squad ahead of the weekend with the signing of pacey winger Zanda Siziba on a one-month loan from York City.
The talented wide man spent his early days on the books at Dagenham & Redbridge and Tottenham Hotspur before completing a two-year scholarship with Ipswich Town.
He made a senior debut for The Tractor Boys in October 2020 before going on to sign his first professional contract at Portman Road the following summer.
After three years as a pro with Ipswich, he was allowed to leave to take up a deal with Yeovil Town before moving on to The Minstermen in the summer of 2023.
Siziba, who can operate out wide or more centrally, scored three goals in six games at National League North level last term during a loan spell with Blyth Spartans.
“We’re delighted to get the deal through to bring Zanda to the Club and I want to thank York City for allowing him to come here,” said Moors boss Graeme Lee.
“He has great pace and is very direct when he’s in possession so I think he’s the kind of player that the fans will enjoy watching.
“Bringing him into the squad gives us an another great option in the wide areas which is something we’ve been looking for, so we’re excited to have him with us.”
Siziba has been handed squad number 20 and will go straight into contention to make his Moors debut at Leamington on Saturday, subject to FA and National League approval.
