Graeme Lee has paid tribute to the Club’s fans as Moors look forward to enjoying a fantastic away following in Saturday’s FA Cup Fourth Round Qualifying tie at Alfreton Town.
Moors have seen off Morpeth Town and Chorley to set up the weekend trip to The Impact Arena and fans are ready to travel in good numbers as Lee’s men face off with The Reds in a huge cup tie.
Around 150 fans, including three supporters’ coaches, are expected to make the journey and provide Moors with a strong vocal backing as they look to reach Round One for the first time since 2016.
“The fans have been unbelievable for us both this season and last,” Lee told us.
“They have been a huge part of our unbeaten run at home by creating a great atmosphere and a platform for the players to really express themselves.
“And away from home we always travel in decent numbers and make a lot of noise so I can’t wait to see them all there on Saturday at Alfreton.
“The players have been talking about the backing we’re going to have at the weekend, and I promise you it can make such a difference.
“The FA Cup is such a special competition, and we will be doing everything we can to give all the supporters who travel a memorable afternoon.”
