New Matchday Menu To Launch On Saturday

Fans attending Saturday’s game at The Brewery Field will be the first to sample a fresh matchday catering option with a brand-new menu coming to our Fan Zones.

The Club has teamed up with lifelong Moors fan Brian Dixon, who runs The Chippy in Ferryhill, who will take over the operation of our Fan Zones from this weekend.

As part of the enhanced menu on offer from Saturday, fans will be able to enjoy new items such as delicious fish bites and chip-shop style chips prepared in beef dripping.

Fan Zones will also continue to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from cans as well as the usual range of hot drinks such as tea, coffee and Bovril.

“We are really excited to welcome Brian into the Club to operate our catering outlet in the Fan Zone,” explained Moors’ Managing Director Ian Geldard.

“As a Club, we are constantly looking of ways we can improve what we do for supporters to enhance the matchday experience and this was an idea we are keen to explore.

“We’re confident that this will prove a really successful addition to what we offer our fans at The Brewery Field and we’re looking forward to it opening for business on Saturday.”

The Club will continue to operate our normal catering within the hospitality lounges, and in the Clubhouse where fans will be able to enjoy the £4 Hockings Pie and Peas deal in the Players’ Lounge.
