Preview: Moors v Warrington Town

We turn our focus on to Tuesday evening’s action with a comprehensive preview of Warrington Town’s National League North visit to The Brewery Field.

Spennymoor Town v Warrington Town
National League North
Tuesday 1st April 2025, 7.45pm
The Brewery Field

The Opposition
Warrington Town will be aiming to bring to an end a run of four consecutive National League North defeats when they travel to The Brewery Field on Tuesday night.

The run has put their status in the sixth tier under extreme threat and they now find themselves second bottom and 13 points adrift of safety with six games remaining.

Paul Carden’s men made things nervy with a late goal against Darlington on Saturday but eventually went down 3-2 and now they’re looking for a response when they travel to face Moors.

Previous Meeting
Moors rescued a point right at the death when the two sides met at Cantilever Park back in the earlier part of the season.

Isaac Fletcher was once again on target as Graeme Lee’s men came away with a 1-1 draw from the tussle in September.

Match Officials
Thomas Wilson will be the man in the middle for Tuesday evening’s contest at The Brewery Field, and he will be assisted by Conor Ledgeway and Macauley Gibson. Alex Clark is our Fourth Official for the game.

Tickets
Tuesday’s game is not segregated, and fans of both sides are able to buy their tickets from the general sale option in advance online right now.

Tickets will also be available via cash or card on the turnstiles ahead of kick-off which will be open from 6pm on Tuesday.
