We’re delighted to be teaming up once again with our friends at The Solan Connor Fawcett Family Cancer Trust to support their annual Easter Egg Appeal.
After the success of our link-up at Christmas, we wanted to do our bit for the Easter holidays too and we know we can always rely on the generosity of Moors fans!
All we’re asking is for you to make a donation of an Easter Egg or two (or more if you can afford it!) and we’ll make sure it goes towards Team Solan’s appeal and is passed on to a deserving family in our area.
“We’re uniquely placed in our community to try and help with this Easter Egg Appeal and we’re proud to be linking up with Team Solan again,” explained the Club’s Managing Director, Ian Geldard.
“They do such incredible work the whole year round so it’s our privilege to be able to support that by taking in donations of Easter Eggs to be passed on to families across County Durham.
“Every time we do an appeal like this we’re bowled over by the spirit and generosity of our supporters – and I am sure this time will be no different.”
Any donation, big or small, can make a huge difference this Easter so please help us to put a smile on more people’s faces at Easter.
Donations can be made to The Brewery Field from 5pm each Friday and from 12noon each Sunday. Fans can also drop their Easter Eggs into us ahead of our home game on Good Friday.
