In the build-up to Sunday’s historic appearance in the FA Trophy Final, we wanted to recognise key partners, UK Energy Management for their ongoing support of the Club.
UKEM agreed a key partnership with Moors back in July when the national renewables company agreed to underwrite the entire running cost of our community clubhouse as part of a wider sponsorship package.
Their backing has not only allowed us to continue utilising the Clubhouse during this season for our ride range of invaluable community activities, but it has also given us the scope to develop and enhance many of our existing projects across the area.
UKEM’s support has also given the Club the platform to expand its women’s football operation during 2024/25 with two new adult teams and there are ambitious plans to continue progressing in the coming years.
“The backing UKEM have given to the Club has been invaluable to us across a number of areas,” explained Moors Managing Director, Ian Geldard.
“I am absolutely delighted UKEM’s Steven and Nina Copeland are going to be our guests at Wembley for Sunday’s FA Trophy Final.
“It’s a lovely way for us to say thank you to them for the support they have given us during 2024/25 and hopefully the perfect end to their first campaign in partnership with Spennymoor Town.”
