Around our history appearance in the Isuzu FA Trophy Final, we wanted to shine a light on the businesses that have supported the Club on the road to Wembley.
The Club’s substantial investment in coach travel to Wembley for supporters was boosted by a donation from the Durham Branch of Unite the Union GO29.
Members had seen online and shared their disappointment that Spennymoor Town Council had declined the opportunity to support the Club’s ‘Back The Fans, Fill The Stands’ campaign.
As a result, the decision was taken to kindly donate £500 to the cause to help with the costs of getting as many supporters as possible to Wembley for the Final.
“Good luck to all the Spennymoor Town fans, the team and the staff,” said Unite’s Chairman, Jim Bainbridge.
“Please use our support to enjoy every single moment of the day and be united in bringing the Trophy home.”
