Junior Mondal has become the latest player to commit his future to the Club by signing a new deal to stay at The Brewery Field for the 2025/26 campaign.
The winger joined Moors last summer following a fruitful spell at Whitby Town and went on to make 45 appearances in all competitions during his debut season.
Mondal scored four times during 2024/25 and his incredible long-distance strike in the win at Southport in January was crowned as the Club’s Goal of the Season winner.
Graeme Lee was keen to extend the 28-year-old’s stay into a second season and the former Middlesbrough youngster has now put pen to paper on a fresh deal.
“Junior can be a game-changer on his day,” explained Moors boss Lee.
“We saw that from him last season and now it’s just a case of trying to get that out of him on a more regular basis during 2025/26.
“I have made no secret of my determination to keep the majority of this group together because we had success last year, so we’re delighted that Junior is staying.
“He has plenty of ability, can play in a few different positions and he’s popular with the rest of the lads so it’s good news that he’s agreed a new contract.”
