We turn the spotlight on Saturday’s action as Moors welcome Leamington to The Brewery Field in the latest National League North encounter.
Spennymoor Town v Leamington
National League North
Saturday 6th September 2025, 3pm
The Brewery Field
The Opposition
Leamington have shown signs of clicking into top gear in recent weeks as they began putting some points on the board and climbing the table.
After taking just two points from their first three games of the new campaign, The Brakes arrived in County Durham this weekend on the back of three wins from their last four.
Their battling 1-0 win over fancied Chorley underlined the growing confidence within the Leamington camp as experienced boss Paul Holleran once again works his magic.
After finishing 16th at the end of their first season back at this level, Leamington will now be hoping they can emerge as competitors for the higher reaches of National League North in 2025/26.
Previous Meeting
Moors ran out 2-1 winners when the sides last met at The Brewery Field back in December when goals from Glen Taylor and Olly Dyson saw Graeme Lee’s men come from behind to triumph.
Referee
Michael Crusham will be the man in the middle for Saturday’s game at The Brewery Field, and he will be assisted by Sam Bayley and Jonathan Gill. Alex Clark will be our Fourth Official.
Tickets
The game is not segregated, and both home and away supporters are able to buy their tickets online in advance or by cash and card on the turnstiles from 1pm.
