We turn the focus to Tuesday night’s National League North action as Moors host AFC Fylde at The Brewery Field.
Spennymoor Town v AFC Fylde
National League North
Tuesday 21st October 2025, 7:45pm
The Brewery Field
The Opposition
AFC Fylde have made a strong start to their campaign, as they currently sit in 2nd place, having won 8 of their opening 12 games of the season.
The Coasters dropped back into the National League North last season, following a 23rd place finish in the National League, ending a two year stay in non-league’s top division.
Craig Mahon’s side come into this fixture having won just 2 of their last 5 games in all competition, but travel to The Brewery Field off the back of an impressive 2-1 away win at King’s Lynn Town.
Previous Meeting
Moors last faced Tuesday’s visitors at the back end of the 22/23 season, running out 2-1 winners at The Brewery Field.
The Coasters took the lead on the 64th minute through Joe Rowley, but a late Glen Taylor brace, including an 89th minute winner, handed Moors all 3 points.
Both sides have had relatively even results in the past, with Moors winning 2, AFC Fylde winning 3 as well as 3 draws in our last 7 meetings.

Lewis Dawson is the man in the middle for Tuesday evening’s fixture, and he will be assisted by Joshua Drake and Waqar Ahmad. Alex Clark is our Fourth Official
