The Club can confirm that a minute’s silence will be observed ahead of kick-off on Saturday as a mark of respect to former Chairman, Barrie Hindmarch.

Everyone at Spennymoor Town was deeply saddened to learn of Barrie’s recent passing and we are encouraging all fans to join with us in paying tribute this weekend.

Barrie spent over 30 years as a member of the Club’s committee and served as Chairman for two decades.

We would ask fans to take up their positions a little earlier than usual in order to join us in paying tribute to Barrie prior to kick-off against Oxford City.
