Moors have added to their squad with the confirmation that versatile defender Harvey Sutcliffe has joined the Club on non-contract terms.
The 22-year-old has most recently been on the books at FC Halifax Town where he made nine league appearances before being released in January.
A right-back by trade but also comfortable on the other flank, Sutcliffe came through the ranks with Leeds United and signed a first professional deal at Elland Road in 2022.
He went on to become a regular in Leeds’ Under-18 side, making 25 appearances in Premier League 2 and four appearances in the FA Youth Cup whilst he also represented the club in the EFL Trophy.
“Harvey has got a good pedigree, and we’ve liked what we’ve seen while he’s been in training with us in recent weeks,” explained Moors boss Graeme Lee.
“He can play in a coiple of different positions as well, which is always useful, so we’re pleased he’s joined us and we’re looking forward to working with him.”
Sutcliffe has been handed squad number 33 and is available for selection in Saturday’s National League North fixture against Buxton at Tarmac Silverlands Stadium.
