We are proud to unveil the Club’s new home and away shirts for the 2026/27 season with two designs that draw deeply from the town’s proud mining, iron and steelmaking heritage, celebrating the identity of our community.
The home shirt takes its inspiration from Spennymoor’s coal mining past, featuring a striking two-tone, coal-textured base that reflects the raw, rugged character of worked coal and the harsh environment of the pits. It stands as a tribute to the generations of miners and families whose hard work helped shape the spirit of our town.
The Club’s traditional stripes run through the design, fading into a halftone effect towards the base to symbolise coal dust rising from the seams, blending our footballing identity with our industrial roots.
Finished with a bold red trim on the collar and sleeves, representing the furnace glow and intensity of industrial labour, the home kit delivers a powerful, modern look that carries the story of Spennymoor with pride.
The away shirt pays homage to the town’s iron and steelmaking legacy, combining a vivid fire orange pattern with a deep, rich blue base. The glowing orange detailing reflects the heat and energy of molten steel, while the strong blue foundation represents the resilience, unity, and enduring spirit of our community. Together, they create a distinctive design that stands out on the road while remaining firmly connected to Spennymoor’s industrial past.
The kits, both manufactured in partnership with Uhlsport and Motif8, are modern in design yet rich in meaning, symbols of heritage, resilience, and pride that will be worn with honour by players and supporters alike throughout the 2026/27 season.

Home Shirt To Go On Sale On Saturday
The home shirt will go on sale for the first time from the Club Shop ahead of Saturday’s game against Marine at The Brewery Field.
