Tommy Miller has added further strength to his defensive options by making the young left-back his 12th new signing of the summer.

Sam signs for Moors on a one-year deal, keeping him at The Brewery Field for the duration of the 2026/27 season.

The 21-year old started his career with Huddersfield’s academy, before making the switch to Manchester United at Under-15 level back in 2017.

While playing for the Red Devils, Murray was part of the squad that won the 2021/22 FA Youth Cup, beating Nottingham Forest 3-1 in the final.

He also gained experience against senior sides while playing for Manchester United in the Football league Trophy.

When his contract at Old Trafford expired in 2025, Murray made the move to Carlisle United where he was part of a side that went on to reach the National League Play-offs.
