Experienced midfielder Cam Salkeld became Graeme Lee’s first signing of the 2025 summer when he agreed a move to The Brewery Field following his release from Darlington.
A former Newcastle United youngster, Salkeld spent time with Carlisle United and Gateshead before moving north of the border to star for Greenock Morton, Ayr United and Clyde.
Salkeld is known for his non-stop and athletic style and his performances earned him Darlington’s Fans’ Player of the Year during his debut season in 2023/24.
