Spennymoor Town v King’s Lynn Town
National League North
Tuesday 19th August 2025, 7.45pm
The Brewery Field

The Opposition
King’s Lynn Town have enjoyed an encouraging start to the new campaign and moved up to fifth in the table after their brilliant 2-0 win at Hereford over the weekend.

New boss James Rowe might have been a little frustrated when they were held to a draw on home soil by newly promoted AFC Telford United on the opening day.

However, his side showed why they are among the fancied teams to challenge for promotion this term by dismantling The Bulls on their own patch on Saturday.

Having reached the play-offs only to be beaten by Chorley last term, the ambitious Norfolk outfit will be hoping to go one better this time around.

Previous Meeting
Moors were comfortable 3-0 winners when the two sides last met at The Walks back in March thanks to goals from Aidan Rutledge, Finley Shrimpton and Nathan Simpson.

It was a sweet result for Graeme Lee’s side who not only kept their play-off hopes alive but also avenged The Linnets’ 2-1 success at The Brewery Field back in October.

Lee Hible will be the man in charge of Tuesday night’s game at The Brewery Field, and he will be assisted by Simon Clayton and Paul Mosley. Harvey Websdale is our Fourth Official.
