The Opposition
Billericay Town have their eyes on a place in the First Round Proper of the FA Cup for the first time since 2019 as they make the long trip to County Durham this weekend.

The Blues have already seen off Barton Rovers and Berkamstead in this year’s competition before overcoming Hednesford Town in a replay to set up Saturday’s encounter with Moors.

Having missed out on the Isthmian Premier Division title by a single goal last season, Billericay’s slow start to the new campaign led to a change in manager as Danny Scopes replaced Gary McCann.

Now they will be hoping that their progress in both the FA Cup and FA Trophy can help provide a platform for better form in the league as they look to drive up the table.

Previous Meeting
This will be the first competitive meeting between the two clubs.

Referee
Callum Jones will be the man in the middle for Saturday’s FA Cup tie at The Brewery Field, and he will be assisted by Stephen Birkett and Arran Williams. Glen Hart is our Fourth Official.
