Moors midfielder Mitch Hancox has joined Morpeth Town on a one-month loan deal.

The 31-year-old arrived at The Brewery Field in January, but he has made just one substitute appearance during the current campaign.

Moors boss Graeme Lee has given the go-ahead for the former York City and Hartlepool United man to go out on loan, and he has now agreed to join The Highwaymen.

Hancox will now spend the next month at Craik Park and is in contention to make his debut when the Northern Premier League outfit host Bamber Bridge on Saturday.
