We turn the spotlight on Saturday’s National League North action as Moors play host to Oxford City at The Brewery Field.
Spennymoor Town v Oxford City
National League North
Saturday 20th December 2025, 3pm
The Brewery Field

The Opposition
Oxford City arrive at The Brewery Field this weekend on the back of a two-week break and buoyed by a 5-1 thrashing of Darlington last time out.
The Hoops have struggled for consistency so far this term and their brilliant triumph over The Quakers was their first win in six games.
City remain inside National League North’s bottom four ahead of kick-off but boss Ross Jenkins will be hoping his side can now gain momentum over the Christmas period.
Previous Meetings
Saturday’s game will be the fourth competitive meeting between the two sides and Moors have the edge having won two of the previous three encounters.
Graeme Lee’s men brought three points home from the visit to Oxford back in the opening month of the campaign thanks to goals from Rob Ramshaw and Glen Taylor.
Referee
Darren Rogers will be the man in the middle for Saturday’s game at The Brewery Field, and he will be assisted by Michael Johnson Gurney and Adam Shimmin. Glen Hart is our Fourth Official.
Tickets
The game is not segregated, and both home and away supporters are able to buy their tickets online in advance or by cash and card on the turnstiles from 12.30pm.
