Buxton v Spennymoor Town
National League North
Saturday 31st January 2026, 3pm
Tarmac Silverland Stadium

The Opposition
Buxton have moved up to 10th in the National League North table ahead of Saturday’s meeting with Moors on the back of an encouraging run of form in recent weeks.

The Bucks have won their last two in emphatic fashion, hammering five past Radcliffe last Saturday after thumping Marine 4-0 the weekend before.

John McGrath’s men have tasted defeat just once in their last six outings and will be eyeing another good result on Saturday to keep their charge towards the play-off positions on track.

Previous Meetings
The two sides shared the points when they met at The Brewery Field just before Christmas when The Bucks grabbed an 89th-minute leveller in a 2-2 draw.

Moors have not tasted victory over Buxton in their last four attempts – their most recent win was a 2-0 triumph at Tarmac Silverlands Stadium in September 2023.

Referee
Ben Robinson will be the man in the middle for Saturday’s game at Buxton, and he will be assisted by Reece Davies and Peter Dingle. David Constable is the Fourth Official.

Tickets
