Moors Ladies are back on the road this weekend when they travel to take on Ossett United in the NERWFL Premier Division on Sunday (2pm kick-off).
Nikita Hemmingway’s side will travel in good spirits after the battling 1-0 win over Wallsend Boys Club Women in their last outing at The Brewery Field.
That win puts them third in the table ahead of the run-in, two points above their nearest rivals Alnwick Town in fourth spot.
This weekend’s opposition sit seventh at the moment and will be keen to get some revenge after they were beaten 2-1 by Moors at Whitworth Park at the beginning of February.
Sunday’s game takes place at Ingfield Stadium on Prospect Road and it is a 2pm kick-off – fans are welcome to go along and watch the action.
