The Club can confirm that Olly Dyson will leave The Brewery Field this summer after turning down the offer of a new contract to stay with Moors into 2026/27.
The versatile 26-year-old made 101 appearances in all competitions during two seasons at The Brewery Field during which he starred in defence and midfield.
Dyson was particularly impressive during his debut campaign in 2024/25, producing a series of outstanding performances to land the Fans and Management Staff Player of the Year awards.
Moors boss Tommy Miller has revealed that positive discussions did take place, but Dyson has opted to explore opportunities to play at a higher level next season.
“We made Olly a very good offer and everything was agreed in principle for him to sign, so we are very disappointed that he has decided to go elsewhere,” explained Miller.
“However, there is an opportunity for him to go and play at a higher level, so we wish him well with the next stage of his career.
“He’s been a consistent performer for the Club over the last two seasons, and we are working hard to make sure he is replaced with quality.”
